A housing management company is seeking an experienced Operational Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader to manage repair and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, team management experience, and proven abilities in quality control and budget management. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. This is a temporary position based in York, offering £22.21 per hour for a minimum of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our York based client is looking for a self-motivated Operational Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader to join them on a temporary basis and play a crucial role, by providing technical solutions and support on complex repairs and maintenance issues, across their customers homes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the progress disrepair cases is appropriately managed, including accurately diagnosing issues, specifying orders, and monitoring remedial works through to completion, while considering all necessary repairs.
This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months, possible longer, with rate of pay of £22.21 per hour, minimum 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
