Anglian Water is seeking a Planner to manage and optimise both scheduled and unplanned work across our water projects. You will create day-to-day schedules, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure efficient resource use to meet service delivery targets.
You will balance workloads, monitor performance data, and drive improvements in planning processes while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic role with opportunities to grow within a leading utility.
Location: Enterprise House, Lincoln
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Full Time / 37hrs (7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 0700 and 1700)
Salary: 28,850-£30,800 depending on experience and performance/skills pay progression in role.

As a Planner within the IMRDS Alliance, you will be responsible for managing and optimising both scheduled and unplanned work across our Water projects. Your role will involve creating and implementing day-to-day schedules, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring optimal resource usage. You will balance workloads, manage capacity, and help the business meet key performance targets related to service delivery, quality, and risk management. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will be contributing directly to the success of the business by improving operational efficiency and meeting the evolving needs of our teams.
