Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination and monitoring of the Programme/projects in a complex change environment.
• Drive service development and service redesign across the Trust and system, including national requests such as winter plans.
• Represent the group with ICB and regional teams and develop an agreed service improvement plan in line with national guidance and best practice.
• Ensure the programme stays on track with proactive intervention and decision making.
