Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Operational Manager (Band 8a) to lead the MindMate MHST leadership team. The role will support the national rollout and provide oversight of teams across the city to ensure a consistent service delivery.

You will work with a consultant clinical psychologist and lead a team of Clinical Team Managers and Senior Clinical Practitioners in delivering strategic service goals and ensuring equitable access city-wide.

• Support the national roll out programme and oversee services across the city.
• Collaborate with the wider trust leadership to promote the service and ensure positive referral routes.
