Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an Operational Improvement Consultant to drive operational excellence across the LRM Communications function, supporting process reviews, governance and documentation to strengthen controls.

You will map current and future ways of working, analyze management information, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable customer communications and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience mapping current and future‑state processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Comfort in working in a regulated environment with governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process reviews and governance to improve delivery of customer communications.
• Document best practices, controls and playbooks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate, and to leverage tech and AI to streamline work.
• Coordinate with LRM Communications teams to embed improvements and monitor outcomes.
