Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Operational Finance Lead for an established food business with a strong reputation. This influential role offers the opportunity to drive positive change within the organization.

Role Details

This position involves working across four sites for a major food manufacturer producing chilled and frozen products sold in major UK supermarkets. The role focuses on improving operational performance and profitability through enhanced financial insights.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, providing operational and financial support and contributing to leadership strategy across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient production reporting.
• Identify and implement best practice controls using SAP and other systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Current or recent experience in food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing.
• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites in London and East Anglia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships.
