They are building a new practice focusing on MS Dynamics, specifically MS Dynamics Finance & Operations. The team consists of 30 specialists focused on implementing these solutions across various industries.

Your new role

As a Microsoft D365 Projects Operations Lead (Manager) in the Emerging Technology team, you will support clients in transforming their finance, operations, and performance management processes. You will leverage your expertise to build team capability and support global clients by addressing business challenges and defining their MS D365 F&O needs, including using Projects solutions to shape future finance functions and performance management.

You will provide industry insights, deep process domain expertise, and knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and Finance Transformation. Your role involves designing solutions based on your understanding of finance processes and influencing finance business operations.

You will also support internal capability building and provide technical insights on MS D365 F&O Finance and Projects, engaging with clients to solve complex problems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience implementing and delivering D365 Finance and Operations solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills or the ability to demonstrate stakeholder management.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle: workshops, requirements gathering, functional design, business process analysis, implementation, testing, go-live, training.
• Project Management experience, particularly with Project Management and Accounting models, and leading PMA-based projects in a functional or architect role.
• Good understanding of finance concepts like revenue and cost recognition.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and/or Dataverse.
• Experience leading small teams.
