ALS in the United Kingdom is seeking three Operational Excellence Coordinators to join our Coventry and Hawarden teams. You will translate group strategy into practical, site-level improvements, collaborating with leadership and operations to boost productivity and implement automation and digital tools.

Ideal candidates have a passion for problem solving, a strong analytical mindset, and experience with Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement or similar environments.
• Analytical mindset with data and performance metrics.
• Understanding of Lean principles or productivity improvement approaches.
• Degree in operations, engineering, science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse site workflows and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and improvement workshops.
• Monitor productivity and performance through dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with teams across sites to share best practice and track improvements.
