Job summary

Eaton seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead for the Worksop site to drive efficiency and cost reduction through CI initiatives. You will apply ECIS, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 tools to identify opportunities, reduce waste, and enhance manufacturing performance.

You will lead projects, mentor teams, and work with cross-functional groups to deliver benefits in safety, quality and on‑time delivery, with a focus on sustainability and process visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with site objectives.
• Deliver measurable efficiency gains and cost-out savings.
• Support deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement visual management systems and dashboards.
• Coach production teams in CI techniques and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise and execute opportunities.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery of benefits.
• Partner with Operations to improve safety, quality, OTD, SFR, and inventory management.
• Incorporate Change Management principles to ensure adoption and sustainable outcomes.
