Eaton Group in Worksop is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead site-wide improvement projects using EBS, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies. You will identify opportunities, drive waste reduction, and boost manufacturing performance across all departments.
You will coach production teams, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable efficiency gains, cost savings, and sustainable improvements in safety, quality, OTD, and customer
Competenze
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Mansioni
- Lead continuous improvement projects across the site.
- Deliver measurable efficiency gains, productivity improvements and cost-out savings.
- Support deployment of Eaton Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for data-driven decisions.
- Develop visual management systems and performance dashboards.
- Coach production teams in continuous improvement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise opportunities.
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery of business benefits.
- Partner with Operations to deliver sustainable gains in safety, quality, OTD, SFR, inventory and customer satisfaction.
- Incorporate ADKAR Change Management principles to ensure adoption and outcomes.
