Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited offers an internship at Brize Norton to support the Operational Excellence and Business Management team. You will assist in driving business transformation, coordinating projects, and analyzing data to align with UK MoD needs.

Open to undergraduates, you will develop hands‑on skills in governance, reporting, and process improvement while gaining insight into aerospace operations and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only for the whole duration of the placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability must be included.
• Studying towards a degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Google Workspace and MS tools is advantageous.
• Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Having a UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in coordinating communications between Airbus and MoD and prepare briefing packs, reports and documents.
• Support transformation and project governance by tracking milestones and coordinating resources.
• Support data analytics and implementation of the Operational Excellence System, and contribute to CI initiatives.
