Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Manufacturing Strategy: Drive Muller Excellence in health and safety, quality, environment, and compliance with accredited business standards.
• Ensure Efficiency: Complete routines, rituals, tasks, and objectives within agreed timeframes.
• Develop Your Team: Create and implement development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead high-performing teams through PMS principles and the Muller Excellence Program.
• Coach and Mentor: Guide team members through succession pathways in Blow Moulding.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with others to enhance overall business performance and ensure support from Central Muller Excellence for Engineering Excellence and Asset Care.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Utilize data-driven advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Influence Positive Change: Use coaching and facilitating skills to drive improvements.
• Six Sigma Expertise: Apply Six Sigma Green Belt methodology to enhance processes.
• Deploy Excellence Tools: Implement operational excellence tools like SMED, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Standard Work Deployment, and RCA.
• Performance Management: Role model and support end-to-end performance management systems.
• Strategic Deployment: Set targets and deploy OGSM across all site functions.
• Benchmarking: Use network benchmark information to drive improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to eliminate waste.
