Job summary
Affinity Water is seeking a Change & Innovation Partner to drive strategic change within its Transformation team. The role focuses on delivering a flagship Operational Excellence programme and shaping business cases for investment, while building a roadmap aligned to objectives and customer value.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering business change and transformation projects.
- Experience developing business cases and investment proposals.
- Experience shaping programmes from concept through mobilisation.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex operation.
- Experience defining future-state operating models and translating into programmes.
- Strong project management with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Operational Excellence programme from planning to delivery.
- Develop and mobilise change programmes with measurable benefits.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to define problems and outcomes.
- Manage governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Support continuous improvement within Transformation Centre of Excellence.
