Auger is hiring an Operational Delivery Agent at our Head Office in Wallasey. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a starting salary of £27,101.46, plus an annual bonus of £2,000–£2,500 and a pension contribution of 5.5%. The position offers a supportive environment, training, career progression, and a modern office.

There are multiple shifts available, with annual leave of 22 days plus bank holidays and opportunities to develop within the operations team.

We're looking for Operational Delivery Agent to join the team at our Head Office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth upto £30,842.04 depending on experience.

Financials

• Starting Salary - £27,101.46 dependent on experience.
• Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500

Working Hours

Full Time – 37.5hrs per week

There is open positions across the below shifts:

• Monday-Friday (9:00-17:00) - 37.5hrs per week
• Monday - Friday (12:00-20:00) - 37.5hrs per week
• Wednesday-Sunday (9:00-17:00) - 37.5hrs per week
• Part Time Hours

The Role

• Working within the Operational Delivery Team involves full training across all services within the operation.
• You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
• Each day may look different, depending on the demands of the operation, as the Team is reactive to resource shortfalls, surges in demand and unplanned operational changes.
• Working across multiple different teams within the business, developing knowledge and being a point of contact for the operation for queries across all services.

What might you do each day:

• Work flexibly across multiple teams, prioritising based on operational demand.
• Review engineer site data and produce clear technical reports.
• Make technical decisions in line with insurer policy requirements.
• Support engineers on site, managing any scope changes or issues as they arise.Handle inbound calls from engineers, clients and customers across all teams.
• Carry out open reviews of claims to maintain accuracy and efficiency across the operation.
• Act as a go-to point of contact for colleagues needing guidance or support.
