Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy chilled dairy warehouse in Cheltenham. You will work as part of a team to pick, pack and dispatch dairy products safely and accurately, while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.

Shift patterns run seven days a week with early, day and 10-hour options; weekend work is required. Training is provided and there are opportunities for ongoing employment and development in a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Location: Cheltenham | Chilled Dairy Warehouse

Are you hardworking, reliable and ready to join a busy warehouse team?

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work within a chilled dairy warehouse in Cheltenham. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards and help ensure dairy products are handled, picked and dispatched safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing dairy products accurately to meet customer orders.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Moving, organising and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• Checking products, dates and quantities to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensuring products are handled and stored at the correct chilled temperatures.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety and warehouse procedures.

What We're Looking For

Shift Patterns

The warehouse operates 7 days a week, with the following shift patterns:

• Early shift: 05:00-13:00
• Day shift: 09:00-17:00
• 10-hour shifts: Available as part of the operational shift pattern, with exact start and finish times to be confirmed.

Weekend availability is required due to the nature of the operation.

Working Environment

This role is based in a chilled warehouse, so you must be comfortable working in low-temperature conditions. Appropriate protective clothing and equipment should be provided in line with the requirements of the role.
