Job summary

Resourcing Group is hiring an OpenShift Developer to design, build, and deploy containerised applications within a cloud-native, enterprise environment. You will collaborate with DevOps, platform engineering, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes automated pipelines, OpenShift/Kubernetes expertise, and adherence to security best practices, including OpenID and PKI, with the opportunity to influence modern cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software development or DevOps with OpenShift/Kubernetes focus.
• Containerisation with Docker or Podman.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and IaC (Ansible or Terraform).
• Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP integrations with OpenShift.
• Understanding of OpenID and PKI protocols.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy containerised applications using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot OpenShift platforms for peak performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps, platform engineering, and security teams.
• Enforce security best practices and maintain OpenID and PKI standards.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for OpenShift configurations and architectures.
• Stay updated on OpenShift and Kubernetes ecosystem trends.
