Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking an OpenShift Developer for a leading technology firm to design, build, and deploy containerised applications on Red Hat OpenShift, working with DevOps, platform engineering and security teams. You will implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, monitor and harden cloud-native infrastructure, and embed security best practices across enterprise systems.

Candidates must hold active UK eDV clearance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software development or DevOps experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Proficient with containerisation (Docker, Podman).
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Solid Linux administration and shell scripting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy containerised applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot OpenShift platforms for peak performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate apps onto container platforms.
• Enforce security practices, access control, and PKI/OpenID standards.
