You’ll prep and cook to spec, keep your station clean and safe, and work with the team to deliver fast, high-quality dishes. Flexible hours and progression to Chef are on offer.

Qualifications

• No previous chef experience required; training provided.
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Interest in Italian ingredients and menu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu to spec in a busy open kitchen.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow food safety procedures.
• Master the menu and specs to ensure consistency during busy periods.
• Work with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.
