Job summary

RND Recruitment Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Bakery & Patisserie Decorator / Piping Specialist to join a premium patisserie business. You will fill, pipe and finish premium doughnuts and pastries in an open-kitchen environment, working at speed with creams, ganaches and decorative techniques while maintaining presentation.

This high-volume role offers a hands-on creative challenge, regular social media showcase, and a 35–45 hour week with weekend availability.

Qualifications

Strong piping skills – essential for high-volume decoration.
Experience with creams, ganaches, fillings and piping techniques.
Experience in a busy bakery, patisserie or pastry production environment.
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Fill, pipe and finish premium products in an open-kitchen environment.
High-volume piping using different creams, ganaches and fillings.
Use different piping techniques and nozzles to decorate pastries.
Glaze, finish and present doughnuts and pastries while maintaining speed and consistency.
Follow recipes and decoration standards; keep workstation clean and presentable.
