Job summary

Hampshire Luxury Country House Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Waiter to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver warm, attentive service in a produce-led restaurant set in beautiful countryside, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients and open-fire cooking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter within a luxury hotel, quality restaurant or fine-dining environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.
• Interest in seasonal food, quality ingredients and produce-led dining.
• Good food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to continue learning.
• Confidence to engage with guests and explain dishes and menus.
• Immaculate presentation and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy service.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
• Ability to work closely with kitchen and senior restaurant team.
• Commitment to maintaining excellent restaurant standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ideally, a local base and access to their own transport.
