Job summary

Heckfield Place in Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join the Hearth Restaurant team. The role delivers warm, professional service to guests in a dining environment where food is cooked on an open fire.

You will work evenings and weekends, coordinate closely with the kitchen and senior staff, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness across the restaurant. The position offers training, development and progression within Heckfield Place, plus a comprehensive benefits

• Engage positively and professionally with all guests and visitors.
• Have a great customer service attitude and work closely with the senior members of the team as well as the kitchen.
• To provide an exemplary level of service to our guests every time.
• Have an open schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends and commit to a full time position.
• Ensure all areas of The Restaurant are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Have previous experience in hospitality.
