Job summary

Locala Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Staff Nurse for the OPAT service in Kirklees. The role covers a 7-day service from 8:00 to 21:00 with a mix of early and late shifts, requiring a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the borough.

The Band 5 position focuses on delivering IV antibiotics and NMAB therapy in patients' homes, supported by a multidisciplinary team to prevent hospital admissions.

Qualifications

• Nurse with IV therapy skills for OPAT.
• Able to deliver care in patients' own homes.
• Good communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities
