Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking an Associate Director of TPM to lead the site TPM programme at Liverpool Speke. This permanent, on-site role focuses on strategy, budget and execution, driving TPM excellence across Engineering and Operations.

You will influence leaders, technicians and operators to adopt TPM practices and improve asset reliability. You will deploy TPM across assets, using data and KPIs to identify losses, prioritise improvements and strengthen visibility for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading TPM projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM deployment across multiple assets and drive site-wide improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Leadership to align TPM priorities and budget.
• Coach teams to embed TPM into daily operations and monitor through KPIs.
• Ensure TPM strategy aligns with regional/global Lean strategies and site scorecards.
