Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Test Coordinator to lead testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality throughout the software lifecycle. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver SIT, UAT, Non-Functional Testing and OAT, with strong emphasis on traceability and incident resolution.

The role requires working onsite in Dorset/Yeovil, 37.5 hours per week, and eligibility to obtain UK DV clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering test strategies across multiple projects, releases, and testing cycles.
• Strong understanding of the full software testing lifecycle from Unit Testing to OAT.
• Ability to identify risks, implement mitigations and ensure delivery goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Translate business requirements into detailed test plans and cases.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases and results.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify, track, and resolve issues.
• Support investigation and resolution of incidents to maintain service reliability.
• Configure, install, test, and support technical solutions.
• Monitor and maintain servers, applications, devices, OS and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Manage systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
