Job summary

CMC Markets in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to build pipelines for a range of roles across EMEA. You will identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates while strengthening MI dashboards to measure pipeline health and source effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house).
• Ability to source passive talent and to engage candidates effectively.
• Experience creating or maintaining recruitment dashboards and MI from ATS data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and Boolean search.
• Craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct CV reviews and pre-screens focusing on potential and fit.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and reporting; ensure data quality.
• Build and maintain dashboards and MI for pipeline health and source effectiveness.
• Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations to improve search strategy.
