Collaborate with Talent Partners, engage passive talent across channels, and use data-driven insights to optimise hiring decisions. AI-enabled sourcing experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an in-house Sourcer within a fast-paced, product-led technology company.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines from scratch across Engineering, Product, Data Science and Risk.
• Strong market mapping and sourcing capability to uncover high-caliber passive talent.
• Data-driven mindset with funnel insights to optimise performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and hard-to-fill roles using market mapping and creative search techniques.
• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand goals and deliver high-quality pipelines.
• Proactively engage passive talent across channels with compelling outreach to drive responses.
• Share talent intelligence and market trends to influence hiring strategies and decisions.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
