Job summary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Stock Associates to receive deliveries, pick and prepare stock, and ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

You will work with Retail Associates and support stock integrity, counts and write-offs, while keeping stock rooms clean and losses to a minimum. We value proactive customer engagement, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced store or warehouse.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Proactively engage with customers.
• Maintain stock integrity and housekeeping.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and direct it to the appropriate channels.
• Pick and prepare stock and deliver it to the right area.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts and write-offs; keep stock rooms tidy and losses down.
• Maintain Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Engage with customers and assist proactively.
