Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support a complex, high-profile programme in a secure environment. You will maintain IMS, provide planning expertise to project teams, and deliver schedule analysis to support timely programme delivery.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency, strong stakeholder engagement, and a focus on planning best practices across multiple project teams.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Strong Primavera P6 scheduling expertise.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Deliver planning expertise and support to project teams and stakeholders.
Produce accurate schedule forecasts and planning reports.
Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
Deliver Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and schedule performance reporting.
Support project and business management teams with planning activities.
Facilitate planning meetings and promote planning best practice.
Ensure schedule integrity and compliance with planning standards.
Support long-range integrated programme planning activities.
Build effective relationships with Project Managers, Engineers, Scientists and wider stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of planning processes, systems and tools.
Champion the value of planning across the programme.
