Job summary

AWE is seeking a P6 Senior Planner to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support the Programme with robust planning, reporting and governance. You will work with Task Managers to ensure schedule integrity, provide expert planning input, and maintain controls across the lifecycle.

The role requires experience in project planning, mastery of Primavera P6 and MS Office, and a commitment to delivery excellence in a high-security defence environment. On-site 100% requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience of planning on projects/programmes in a dynamic, delivery focused environment.
• Advanced level of skill with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Qualification in an appropriate business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the complete planning capability by maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support Task Managers with business rhythms, schedule integrity, network analysis and communications.
• Provide planning expertise to internal customers and develop planning and reporting deliverables.
• Support long-range operational programme planning and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and mentor junior planners and promote high standards of quality and delivery.
• Champion safety, health, environment, security and quality within the programme.
