• Experience in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity and constraints.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP advantageous).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Leadership or supervisory experience desired, with progression mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans and schedules across multiple processes.
• Monitor production progress, capacity and constraints; address delays proactively.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Materials, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Use MRP/ERP systems to ensure materials and components are available.
• Maintain accurate planning data, BOMs, lead times and stock requirements.
• Monitor planning KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
