Job summary

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd is seeking an onsite Account Manager to oversee key sites around Broxburn, East Glasgow and Musselburgh. This hands-on role involves coordinating a small team to meet staffing needs across production environments.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, lead with resilience, and have onsite recruitment experience in industrial settings while travelling between sites to support operations and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Resilient and calm under pressure with leadership qualities.
• Experience in onsite recruitment, preferably in industrial settings.
• Willing to spend ~50% on the shop floor assisting workforce team.

Responsibilities

• Hold daily briefing meetings with client management and supervisors.
• Source applicants with the team.
• Ensure training, safety and compliance with site management.
• Oversee performance, staffing challenges.
• Conduct fulfilment and performance reviews.
• Handle site inductions on safety and compliance.
• Forecast headcount and planning.
• Screen candidates face to face and interview with team.
• Manage basic HR, disciplinaries.
• Manage rotas and holidays.
• Maintain health and safety records.
• Develop and train the team.
• Travel to other sites to cover holidays and meetings.
