Randstad is looking for an Account Specialist to oversee operations across our Stafford & Shrewsbury sites, working on a key account with Caterpillar. As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for a section of the onsite operation.

The role involves worker management and aspects of recruitment. You'll be embedded within the client team, acting as the face of Randstad to clients and onsite workers. Key skills include service orientation, relationship building, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Client management and relationship building
• Involvement in the recruitment process
• Worker management—delivering praise, rewarding good work, issuing warnings, managing return-to-work and OTI's
• Meeting SLA requirements with the client
• Administrative tasks and system updates
• Handling queries, health and safety investigations, and managing concerns or allegations
• Conducting regular floorwalks for visibility with the client and workforce
• Attending planning meetings to assess temporary worker needs
