Are you seeking a position with face-to-face interaction with a leading global brand? Randstad is looking for an Account Specialist to oversee operations across our Stafford & Shrewsbury sites, working on a key account in the Caterpillar division. As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for a section of the onsite operation.

The role involves worker management and recruitment aspects. You'll be embedded within the client team, representing Randstad onsite, so service orientation, relationship building, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Client management and relationship building
  • Participation in the recruitment process
  • Worker management, including praise, rewards, warnings, return-to-work procedures, and OTIs
  • Meeting SLA targets set with the client
  • Administrative tasks and system updates
  • Handling queries, health and safety investigations, and managing concerns or allegations
  • Conducting regular floorwalks to provide visibility to the client and workforce
  • Attending planning meetings to assess temporary worker needs
