The Role

To ensure the smooth running of our clients recycling facility. Managing staff rota’s, sickness and holiday. Recruiting new and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.

The Onsite recruiter will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business enabling them to recruit, train and support the best workforce for the business.

Overview

• You will support the smooth running of the facilities.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the client, ensuring outstanding service delivery
• Managing the onsite flexible workforce, including staff rota’s, sickness, holiday and processing timesheets.
• Recruiting flexible workers and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times.
• Completing weekly payroll
• Carry out onsite inductions when required.
• Manage compliance and employee records.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance
• Ensure that site Health, Safety and Environmental standards (including housekeeping) are maintained to a high standard.
