The Role

To ensure the smooth operation of our client’s recycling facility, managing staff rotas, sickness, and holidays. Recruiting new staff and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is always fully staffed. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.

The onsite recruiter will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business to recruit, train, and support the best workforce.

Overview

• Support the smooth running of the facilities.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
• Manage the onsite flexible workforce, including staff rotas, sickness, holiday, and processing timesheets.
• Recruit flexible workers and manage a pool of candidates to keep the plant fully staffed.
• Complete weekly payroll.
• Conduct onsite inductions as required.
• Manage compliance and employee records.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for service and compliance.
• Ensure site health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at a high level.
