ABP UK, a major division of ABP Food Group, seeks a QA Technician based at Penston Road, Glasgow. You will ensure raw material quality, authenticity, legality and food safety to meet customer standards. Reporting to Technical Manager, you will perform quality checks, record results, and communicate deviations to management.

A fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills are desired. Experience in a busy production setting and Food Safety Level 2 are required; basic IT skills are

Qualifications

• Food Safety level 2 required.
• Basic IT skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality, food safety & labelling checks on raw material.
• Record checks accurately and report non-conformances promptly.
• Inform Senior QA and Technical on any food safety/quality issues.
• Communicate deviations from quality standards to line management.
