Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and engineering experience across FMCG plants.
• Trade or craftsperson with proven competence and reliability.
• Strong communication skills across all plant levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance tasks to specification and plan.
• Contribute to day-to-day plant objectives and priorities.
• Record all tasks in SAP-PM with job descriptions and time confirmations.
• Diagnose equipment defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Plant KPI metrics.
• Flexibly work to support business needs.
• Cover all aspects of a busy FMCG production facility and office environments.
