Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities administration or building maintenance.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills over phone and email.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Workspace advantageous.
• Flexible, proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with some manual handling/heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts and site visits.
• Communicating regularly with CBRE via email and telephone.
• Conducting onsite checks to identify and assess maintenance issues.
• Following up on outstanding maintenance and facilities requirements.
• Coordinating and arranging waste collection.
• General facilities duties and site upkeep.
• Keeping relevant parties updated on issues and progress.
• Carrying out manual handling as required.
