Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support Ware site with hands-on maintenance and facilities tasks. The role involves identifying issues, coordinating with CBRE to arrange callouts, and ensuring facilities problems are resolved promptly on site.

You will perform onsite checks, coordinate waste collections, and assist with general facilities duties while keeping stakeholders updated by phone and email. Flexibility around hours and ASAP start are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities administration or building maintenance.
• Experience coordinating maintenance issues and contractors.
• Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proactive and hardworking approach.
• Able to work independently with updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts and site visits.
• Communicate regularly with CBRE via email and phone.
• Conduct onsite checks to identify maintenance issues.
• Coordinate waste collection and facilities duties.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks and manual handling when required.
• Keep parties updated on progress.
