Job summary

Boeing is seeking an on-site Logistics Support professional to manage customer stock, coordinate DLF activities, and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time. You will handle scanning, replenishment, and delivery cycles while serving as the first contact for stock queries and coordinating with internal and external teams.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong relationship skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Customer-facing role or interaction with external stakeholders.
• Experience with logistics operations in a highly regulated field; FLT qualifications preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service mindset.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• A clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Onsite stock management and coordinating on-site DLF activities.
• Scanning and replenishment to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Maintaining delivery cycle to meet customer demand and contractual requirements.
• First point of contact for customer stock queries and issue referral.
• Running reports and KPI data; updating internal and external customers.
• Supporting kit preparation and assisting production/build lines.
• Adhering to Boeing policies, quality systems, and ISO procedures on the customer site.
• Identifying and suggesting efficiency improvements.
• Contributing to a positive and inspiring working environment
