Job summary

Boeing Distribution Services III Limited in Yeovil, UK, is seeking a Logistics and Supply Coordinator to manage stock on site, coordinate DLF activities and ensure stock is where it needs to be to meet demand. You’ll work with internal teams and customers to maintain cycles and reports.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or customer-facing roles, experience in regulated environments, and fluency in English; SAP/MS Office skills are preferred and a clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with logistics in a regulated industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan and replenish stock to maintain minimum levels.
• Manage delivery cycles to meet customer demand and contractual requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for stock queries and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Run reports and KPI data; provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing kits and supporting production/build lines.
• Adhere to Boeing policies, ISO standards, and site procedures.
• Identify efficiency improvements and contribute to a positive work environment.
