Job summary

The Boeing Company in Yeovil, UK is seeking a Logistics and Supply Coordinator to manage on-site customer stock and support the distribution of Boeing products at a key customer site. You will coordinate daily activities, maintain stock levels, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong communication, and a proactive approach in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience in logistics or similar roles.
Experience in customer-facing roles or external stakeholders.
Experience with logistics operations in a highly regulated field/industry.

Responsibilities

Scan and replenish bins to maintain minimum stock levels.
Maintain delivery cycles to meet customer demand and contracts.
Act as first point of contact for customer stock queries and route complex issues.
Generate and update KPI reports and provide updates to customers.
Support in preparing kits and assisting production/build lines.
Adhere to Boeing policies and ISO procedures on the customer site.
Identify and suggest efficiency improvements.
Contribute to a positive and inspiring work environment.
