Job summary
Sodexo Group is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineering technicians on a client site. You will supervise maintenance activities, troubleshoot faults and ensure work is completed safely to required standards.
Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 4 or above, strong fault-finding skills, planning ability, good communication, and experience with CMMS. The role offers a supportive environment with training and career development.

- Experience working with safety standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of engineering technicians.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to assets and equipment.
- Plan, undertake and supervise routine planned maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet legislation and best practice.
- Supervise asset replacements and minor new works.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimise disruption.
- Mentor and support team members and apprentices.
- Monitor cost-effectiveness of maintenance activities.
- Ensure safe systems of work are followed.
- Support workload planning and delivery against deadlines.
- Follow Helpdesk procedures and contribute to service improvements.
