Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an HSE Advisor to lead health and safety on site across a manufacturing environment. You will be the responsible person onsite, ensuring a safe workplace and driving safety behaviours within a large group.

The role requires a strong health and safety mindset, the ability to liaise with multiple teams, and a commitment to group H&S standards. Competitive package and benefits offered.

Formación

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification (desirable).
• Exposure to environmental aspects such as waste management, energy savings, COSHH.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with a site of 120 employees.
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Sole person onsite responsible for all health and safety within the site/group.
• Ensure a safe workplace and foster safe behaviours across operations.
• Help implement group H&S best practices and support site teams.

The basics:

• Job Title: HSE Advisor
• Pay: up to £45,000

• Hours: Monday-Thursday (8.00am-5.00pm) and Friday (8.00am-1.00pm)
• Benefits: 25 days annual leave + 8 statutory holidays, Pension scheme, BUPA private healthcare, Death in service benefit.
• Structure: Working for a large Manufacturing business, you will be the responsible person onsite for all Health and Safety. You will be working within a large group, where best practice is shared between the sites, with group Health and Safety functions to suppor

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the World we now require a HSE Advisor to join the group. You will be working for a first-class manufacturing business that have processes onsite such as precision machining and fabrication of highly regulated metal components.

Key responsibilities of the HSE Advisor role:

Working closely with the wider Health and Safety teams across the group, you will be the sole person onsite responsible for all things health and safety, you will be tasked to ensure a safe workplace and fostering safe behaviours.

The ideal candidate / HSE Advisor may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Exposure to environmental - waste management, energy savings, COSHH
• Strong IT skills Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills - a string communicator dealing with a site of 120 employees on site
