Qualifications

• Auditing and inspection experience is essential.
• Proven incident management and investigation capabilities.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation and CDM Regulations is required.
• Understanding of management system standards is expected.
• Experience in the industrial services sector is a plus.
• Ability to plan improvements and coach/train others.
• Membership of IOSH is advantageous, NEBOSH certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support to specific B-UK sites to meet contractual HSE objectives.
• Assist in preparing contractual HSE documentation and CDM compliance.
• Guide roles in CDM 2015 for Client, Designer and Contractor as needed.
• Lead on-site incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Follow up corrective actions from incidents, audits, and inspections.
• Promote HSE tools (PASTA, Safe Cards) and mentor others on use.
• Conduct audits and inspections of work processes as required.
• Deliver HSE inductions and refresher training for personnel.
• Report safety concerns and drive KPI reporting with management teams.
• Engage with client HSE teams and stakeholders on site.
