Babcock is hiring a Gas Engineer for the Bicester estate, near Oxfordshire. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas, heating, plumbing and water systems, ensuring safety and compliance. This onsite role expects 40 hours per week with an on-call rota and a provided company van.

Ideal candidates hold Gas Safe competence, City & Guilds or equivalent in Gas/Heating/Plumbing, and a Full UK manual driving licence. Security clearance may be required.

Formación

• Proven experience as Commercial/Heating Gas Engineer in commercial environments.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding gas boilers and heating systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing, piping and water systems.
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance in commercial/industrial/domestic settings.
• Understanding of gas safety regulations and safe working practices.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across gas, heating, plumbing and water systems.
• Service and fault-find gas boilers and heating equipment.
• Respond to leaks, blocked toilets and faulty pipework.
• Perform planned maintenance on water systems and ensure compliance checks.
• Diagnose faults and maintain maintenance records while working safely.
