Zusammenfassung

Selecta in the UK is seeking a Survey & Installation Technician to join our Specialist Technical team. You will visit customer sites to survey, install and configure vending equipment, ensuring a Great Start for customers and suppliers.

Travel is extensive, a company vehicle is provided, and you will work with the Great Start Team to ensure accurate surveys, safe installations and a high standard of service across multi-site deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven field-based technical support in vending or food tech.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders & external customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders and third-party service suppliers.
• Awareness of Health & Safety processes including Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Practical technical experience configuring and repairing food technology platforms including vending equipment and payment systems.

Aufgaben

• Visit customer sites to complete machine movement surveys with high accuracy.
• Prepare pre-delivery site information and ensure a safe, efficient installation.
• Ensure equipment is clean and configured to customer specs.
• Perform functional and serial number checks on televend and payment systems.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics for site access and timely deliveries.
• Attend complex installs to manage all stakeholders for a seamless experience.
• Complete post-install safety checks and feed back improvements.
• Provide basic operational training for customers.
