Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an Account Manager to drive success through contract management across the account, creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, key stakeholders and onsite employees.

This dual role covers Security and Cleaning. You will ensure delivery of service, manage budgets and targets, and liaise with client representatives to resolve queries, complaints and service requests, while representing the service on site.

• Are you comfortable working as part of team and on your own when required?

Responsibilities

• You'll manage the all associated services at the clients site
• You'll proactively work with both the client and our own team to develop and further enhance the contract
• To ensure financial budgets and targets are achieved
• You will liaise with the client representatives and resolve all contractual queries, promptly deal with complaints and service requests.
