Job summary

Tria is seeking 2 EUC Refresh Engineers to join our Cambridge team for an onsite, long‑term engagement supporting a large-scale healthcare device refresh programme. This is a hands-on role working with end users and frontline staff on a 6-month contract likely to extend, inside IR35, at around £200 per day.

Ideal candidates will have EUC refresh experience, strong Windows support background and familiarity with imaging/deployment tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with EUC refresh, rollout or deployment
• Strong Windows desktop and laptop support background
• Experience with SCCM or imaging/deployment tools
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider project team
• Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Support a large-scale device refresh programme for a healthcare organisation
• Deploy desktops and laptops
• Image and build devices
• Install and configure software
• Provide end-user support and floorwalking
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and carry out break/fix support
• Manage assets and track devices
• Work closely with project teams to deliver refresh activities with minimal disruption
