Qualifications

• Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure (IT-Expert, IT-Advisor, CFD).
• Copper and fibre cabling installation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data centre power, cooling, capacity planning and environmental monitoring.
• Proficient with ServiceNow for incidents, changes and tasks.
• Strong documentation, organisational and safety-compliance skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in secure, access-controlled environments.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor data centre environments, responding to alerts, incidents and capacity requirements.
• Oversee installations, decommissions and moves with accurate EcoStruxure updates and cabling adherence.
• Allocate cabinet space, power budgets and switch ports for new builds.
• Install, test and fault-find copper and fibre cabling.
• Configure devices and support upgrades within Schneider EcoStruxure (ITE/ITA/CFD).
• Maintain documentation, stock levels, access control records and compliance.
• Support project schedules, escalate hardware issues and assist issue resolution.
